Umusu got hacked. As you can see, most Umusu crew are lazy to check out the system in Umusu website. Maybe it is because we have done hours of brain washing for the past one year to set up this website and prefer to leave it as it since we do not want to mess up it anymore.
One day, one of our crew is doing some check ups to see the structure of the website since we are going to renew our subscription with our webhosting company. During the check, he found 2 foreign folders. We we check it, they are clone html files for 2 foreign bank accounts!
Nothing we can do except to delete it. Luckily, our stats shows that all those who get lured into the clone html files, leave immediately. Thank God. One of our crew contacted the web hosting company and yes, it is our fault to leave a 'hole'. Anyway, just to say to you guys, when doing online banking, go to the main page first. It kinda weird if a bank company is poor enough to have its own web server and prefer to share with a street stuff website instead.

If you used to eat a bowl of rice + ice cream + coca cola + french fries + fried chicken, now change that to rice + friend chicken + plain water (at the same time, you save your money too). Remember, extra carbohydrates will be turned to fat. Ask your doctor or dietitian regarding you lifestyle and for food advices.
Our bodies only begin to use the fat when the blood glucose is depleting or when our bodies try to get boost in energy, example, during exercise.
One more thing, our fats are for energy backup. Supposed that you lost in the jungle, the fats can keep you alive for weeks! So imagine the time you need to loose those fats when you are not starving. So be patient, it can take months and do not try to starve yourself after reading this! Starvation can cause you blood to be acidic which can kill! Like Skate Fairy Video title, easy steady!
