Time: 8.30am starts registration

Stayed tune to skateboarding-malaysia.blogspot.com for instant updates (if there is) regarding location and the TBA (to be announced) stuff.

Echo park added new stuff last week. Check out these new tees and Echo Park Cap. You can buy the via online at echobuy.com . Grab them. Good job Echo Park for bringing new colours to their collections. If you want something nationalisme, KL phat caps are now on echo park online shop too. For further reading, Joe Flizzow, which is one of the Nike Air Force One representatives, is one of the strong men behind the production of KL phat cap.

Jenna Jameson, "Queen Of Porn" team up with Zoo York to produce skate deck with Kamasutra-Egyptian inspired graphic. No further comment...

"Cheaper than a Rolls-Royce", that what the maker of sQuba said on their submarine car. Designed as a convertable, so that passengers can easily escape during emergency, sQuba can moves up to 77mph and only 1.8mph submerged. Cool but this baby costs $1.5 million to build and taking your $1.5 million car to submerge on KL muddy-garbaged-filled-flood is not a good idea after all.

Nike Be True Campaign, Woven Skateboarding Documentary Video, BBskates Updates, 3 New Supermasive Events

Nike launched Nike Be True campaign at most major cities in South East Asia. Take a look what they did at Siam Square and the coolest but not so cool part is, Nike Dunk Manga can be downloaded directly using blueetooth at those places. Whatever it is, this seems impractical since mobile screens are tiny, unless you bring your laptops. Hey, Nike is coming to Kuala Lumpur too. Read on.

'Woven" another skate boarding video in the making, is expected to be released at the end of this year. Do not expect tech tricks etc because this is a skateboarding documentary video. Big names in skateboarding will give a slice of their lives to viewers and they will tell you how, skateboarding affect their lives. Take a look at the preview here http://www.virb.com/wovenfilm/videos/26912

Fuad now rides for PUSH skateshop.

Bbskates (bbskates.com) the only internet skateboarding shop in Malaysia added new stuff to their collections. You can request zone5 items if you want.

We dont know if this is right, but we think this is good for bbskates business and other skateboarders, so why not telling. We found that when you place your orders, your orders will be directed to xxxx@ilovekl.net . But since the domain ilovekl.net is inactive, your orders is unreacheable. Try to contact bbskates directly at halmsx at g mail.com. Soory to type like that, to prevent spam.

The opposite thing happen at echobuy.com.my, echo park's official online store. It has been around 2 months at there is no new stuff. What happened echo park? Anyway, kudos to grafiti artist, bones. His t-shirts are selling like hot cakes at the net! No wonder some of his previous t-shirt line ups, sold out within a month. This shows that Malaysia has the potential for online shops.

Talking about grafitti, a screen print of supermodel Kate Moss by graffiti artist Banksy was sold for $191,000. Grafitti can be a crime, but it can turns into big bucks too.

Skate news? Check. Converse news? Check. Any skate videos? Check. Backstreet boys? Not interested sir...

Yawn. This is terrible. There is no interesting news at all. Although the internet is pilled up with street related news everday, we Umusu.cow crew only picks news that everyone interested to know. We dont go write about a small bear... you know the small bear that can reach thousands of dollars, or something like that because for us, what is important is your image. Kicks, apparels are something that can increase our charisma and first impression. That is one of the goals of our website.

Tell you something, if you have $500, would you spend on a small bear with the production cost way more lower than that, commercially limited and when you buy you kept at home nicely where nobody sees or do you want to spend them buying a pair of limited sneakers which give you the shine and hear the Wow from others?

Sorry for the craps guys. Actually this week have been a boring week. No much updates. Maybe all of us are broke for events due to the new year. January is indeed a good month to mark new events, promotions etc.

Anyway, here are three simple mind relaxing news for this week.

Puma Style 2 Kill ads. Look at these pictures. Definately rocks and humorous too.

RUM, a streetwear store opened today. The store is located at 06-77, 6th Floor, Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur

Showroom, one of the street wear store, in the other hand gives price cut up to 40% for selected Nike SB shoes.

Help Usher choose his next cover. For those who are blessed with artistic and killer writing skills, here is your chance. Choose one of the covers for Revolution magazine issue 86, inteparate the artistic value of the cover that you choose, comment them why you like it at http://wwww.myspace.com/photosbyajiem and you got the chance to win a Billabong t-shirt.

Thats all folks. Sorry for the the early lecture, but anyway, it does have moral and logical values in it, hehe. Adios.
